I was just surfing through the blog spot pages and reading people's blogs (frankly because its raining outside and I have nothing better to do sitting in my home). There was tonnes of content, many poets with all their poems, many people giving a detailed account of their lives. But then, there was nothing informational, nothing that can contribute to the knowledge pool of an individual, any speck of genius writing that can be harvested by others for their use. And then I wondered is not blogging just a waste of time, giving people, who have nothing to do in their lives, a diary (which can be shared publicly over the internet) on which they can create every nonsensical thought that comes to their mind (and then say that think that they have produced a work of art).
